If it’s your very first class we ask that you arrive 15 minutes or so, before class begins, to fill out a little bit of paperwork. After your first class, of course it’s always better if you’re on time, but we understand, things happen. We appreciate it if you do not come to class more than 10 minutes after the class has begun. This is for your safety, pole dancing, as well as the other classes we offer here, are strenous and we warmup well, to avoid injury. We don’t want you to get hurt.
