Monday morning Kick off

As the ladies walk in for this morning’s class I feel like we are doing such a great thing for us to share about our weekend and get a great energetic start to our week.  I love seeing their smiley faces and hearing all about the adventures in their lives.  Today we have a bunch of moves involving the fan kick and in this heat that could not be more appropriate than a move with the word “FAN” in it’s title!
