Soft and sexy

It was amazing to see the girls dance to a slow and sexy song, really express themselves and give of themselves to their emotions and to eachother.  It is not an easy thing to let go and not worry what everyone in the room is thinking about you, but here in class everyone is so supportive and feels the love from their fellow polers that they forget the judgement of the world and take the time to focus on themselves and enjoy what they are doing.

I love seeing them every week.  Their desire to discover more about themselves is incredible to observe as an instructor.
