At 55 yrs. old others may wonder why I care so much about my health and appearance, after all I am “Over the Hill” right? No, quite the contrary, I am still in the valleys and meadows and enjoying every moment of my life! I have always been pretty tuned in to eating healthy and exercising all my life but as I have gotten older it has become more difficult to maintain that healthy looking body. I started my journey on the Transformation program 8 weeks ago. I was very impressed with my first evaluation and all the attention to details regarding the program. I went through a health screening process that covered testing of body composition, strength & endurance, aerobic capacity, flexibility, etc. I was also given a step by step training on how to utilize the on line nutrition program. This program is very dynamic and easy to use. Once all of your information has been input in the system it will display various menus that you can choose from or it allows you to create your own. The beauty of this is that you can make it as simple as you want or customize it as you please. Besides allowing you to choose your own meal plans it also grades everything on a scale of A-F. If you have a meal plan that has all A’s and you decide to switch out some items and suddenly you’re A is now an F you know that you need to do some adjusting. The program will also suggest foods to you that will improve your grades. The 4 categories of grades are Weight Control, Heart Health, Vitamins & Minerals. Very cool program. After my evaluation there were recommendations to my work out schedule, I needed more cardio and flexibility. My regular routine has been 6- 8 classes a week, combination of kettle bell, fitness boot camp, yoga and pole dancing classes. I am very pleased with my results after 8 weeks, everything has improved! I have lost 5% body fat, 5 ½ inches, 5 lbs. and improved in all areas of my testing, strength, endurance, aerobic capacity, flexibility, etc. It was really exciting when I tried on a pair of my size 4 pants and I actually got into them, have not worn these for years! An extra bonus is that my cholesterol is now back in the normal range where it has been way above normal for the past 2 years…My journey is not over yet but I am almost there and I feel fabulous physically, emotionally and spiritually! The instructors at Embody have all been so encouraging along the way. All of the additional support they send us with great articles, recipes and words of encouragement are so helpful. I truly believe if you want to see results it is a combination of a healthy diet, a well rounded fitness program and lots of love and support from your Embody family!

I’m in the middle of my Transformation Program & I have to say that I’m appreciating the change in my life that it has made. I realized that I was struggling all the time because I was NOT eating but starving myself and was unable to lose weight because of that. Since starting the program I have lost over 14 pounds. I was already attending several Pole classes & I added Kettle Bell which has produced some noticable results for me. The biggest thing that I am taking from this program is that I am eating right. I HATED being hungry all the time & I don’t have that problem anymore. I eat right, I feel good and I’m seeing a change in my body. Just this morning, someone told me that they thought I was in my 20′s…..I was so happy with the compliment, I’ll be turning 37 in 3 months. This program will work for anyone who really wants to make a change in their body, it has for me!!! Thank you Embody for making me happy with my BODY!!!

The Embody Transformation program did exactly what it promised. I lost inches and body fat and gained muscle, strength and confidence. I could not be happier with my results or with the program! I feel that the diet is easy to follow and that it brought many unexpected benefits besides weight loss. On the diet I have a lot more energy. I never felt hungry or lethargic-it really helped give me the stamina I need to get through my everyday life. I have a very demanding job and I feel that following the food plan helped keep me consistently energized. I also get sick easily-something that did not happen to me at all while I was on the program, even while those around me were constantly sick. The Embody Transformation food plan is something that I continue to follow, even after I completed the program. Exercise also played a huge part in my transformation. I have never been stronger than I am today. Embody workouts are the most enjoyable workouts I’ve ever done in my life. The instructors are amazing and I feel supported and encouraged through every workout. I look forward to each workout and have made Embody a part of my weekly routine. Finally, I don’t think I would have had as much success at this program if it wasn’t for the great feedback and support of the staff. It was amazing to see my results each week, and their support plus the positive changes I was seeing kept me motivated to stay on track. The Embody Transformation program is the best weight loss program I have ever tried-it mixes a great diet with super fun exercise classes and lots of support. The results speak for themselves and I feel so grateful to have found a plan that is not just a diet, but a lifestyle.
